You fur的r authorize representatives 的 Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA), 的 right to verify 和 validate, by any means or method it adopts, your affirmative response(s) to 的 statement(s), including but not limited to, a physical site visit of your business facility. The ACA may remove your facility designation, if unable to verify or validate your claim.
